Additionally, UAB maintains community vaccinations sites at Cathedral of the Cross church, Hoover Met, Parker High School, and the UAB Hospital-Highlands parking deck. Ascension Sacred Heart Gulf in Port St. Joe
Working with the Florida Department of Health in Gulf County, we are providing the COVID-19 vaccine to community members who are age 65 and older. Appointments for the vaccine must be scheduled in advance through the health department at gulf.floridahealth.gov. Persons without an appointment will not be able to receive the vaccine and walk-ins will not be accepted.

Ascension Michigan is also actively hosting pop-up clinics in communities across the state, including in rural and underserved areas where social vulnerability is high. As we vaccinate to help protect your family and ours from COVID-19, we are eager to reach as many people as possible to achieve a point of community immunity. We will be making the vaccination available to you, our AMG patients, in coordination with state and local guidance.
We’ll keep you updated when you are eligible for the vaccine
Consistent with guidance from our state and local government and health agencies, we are currently offering COVID-19 vaccination appointments in accordance with state and local guidelines. Once you are eligible to schedule a vaccine, you will receive information from your doctor at Ascension Saint Thomas.
Though the vaccine is in limited supply now, we expect it to be more widely available across our communities in the coming weeks and months. As we receive more supply, we will expand to additional members of our AMG Saint Thomas patient population. When it is time for you to receive your vaccine, we will notify you via the email and/or text number that we have on file. We are grateful for the overwhelmingly positive response as we work to administer available vaccines.

The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) has announced that everyone 12 years old and older is eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine in Texas. All vaccines are authorized for people 18 years old and older. The Pfizer vaccine is authorized for people 12 years old and older. In accordance with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) guidelines, Ascension Medical Group Wisconsin (AMG-WI) is currently offering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to anyone age 12 years and older and the Moderna or Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine to those 18 years and older.
To make the process safe, convenient, and efficient, individuals who want to be vaccinated must schedule an appointment. No walk-in vaccinations are available at this time. Please note, appointment availability is determined by vaccine supply.

Ascension Wisconsin is also collaborating closely with local and state health officials to safely and efficiently vaccinate as many people as possible. We encourage everyone to get vaccinated when it is made available to them.
