Therapists specializing in chronic pain management
Managing migraines, headaches and chronic pain helps you heal and get stronger. Our therapists address your physical, emotional and mental stress with personalized therapies and exercises to help improve your quality of life.
The aqua therapy pool is one of our special therapy areas. We also have a rehab gym that includes customizable performance training equipment.
Sports injury rehab and performance training
Our therapists specialize in sports injuries whether you play and individual sport or a team sport. We treat youth and adults and provide personalized care plans for your sports and health goals. We’ll educate you about how to prevent overuse injuries, like a golf swing or stance that is affecting your back and shoulders or other repetitive motions that prevent you from strengthening easily injured muscles. Our Rehab Gym includes a variety of targeted, performance training equipment. We focus on your performance goals and provide encouragement and support to meet them.
Cancer support with lymphedema therapy and fitness
Rehabilitation therapists work with your cancer care team to help improve your physical and emotional recovery. We have therapists who specialize in lymphedema therapy for localized swelling. At this therapy center, we customize therapeutic exercises to help you fight fatigue and build strength. Our occupational therapists help patients with therapies that address memory loss, concentration problems and fine motor skills affected by your cancer treatment.
New pre-pay program for therapy services
Don’t let rapidly changing healthcare insurance plans stop you from getting the physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech-language services you need. The Ascension Wisconsin Rehabilitation pre-pay program enables you to pay for services rendered with check, cash, or credit card. This option provides greater flexibility for patients with different types of insurance coverage:
- High deductibles
- A treatment plan that requires limited therapy visits
- Services not covered by your insurance plan, for example, dry needling or some pediatric therapies
- Self-pay based on your needs at that time
Patients of all ages can participate in the pre-pay program.
