  • Migraines and headaches
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Sleep disorders
  • Spine disorders (including scoliosis)

Neurologic conditions can affect all body and mental functions. Our patients have access to highly experienced neurosurgeons who perform lifesaving surgeries on children and adults who are affected by a brain or spine trauma, tumor or debilitating neurologic disease.

Our holistic approach means we address the needs of body, mind, and spirit.

The outpatient neurodiagnostic testing labs in Anderson and Indianapolis (with additional testing sites in Kokomo and Evansville) provide EEG, EMG, EP, and intraoperative monitoring for all types of neurologic conditions.

For adults and children with sleep disorders, our neuro-diagnostic labs and dedicated sleep study labs provide information to your doctor, so that you get the care that is right for you.

For seizure care, Ascension St. Vincent has one of the largest epilepsy and seizure programs in the Midwest for children and adults.

Brain and spine disorders also affect behavior and mental health. Neurology-Psychiatrists treat mental disorders attributed to the diseases of the nervous system.

Many levels of acute neuro-rehabilitation and post-acute care are available. Our certified AHA Stroke Care Rehabilitation Centers in Indianapolis and Evansville and our other acute rehabilitation centers provide skilled nursing units, transition clinics and long-term acute hospital care as part of a total post-acute care approach to care and recovery.

Through perinatal care services, infants born with a neurologic disorder receive the highest level of care in the neonatal intensive care from a multi-specialty team of pediatric neurologists, neurosurgeons, and neonatologists. Pediatric neurology services are available to children and teens of all ages.
