Ascension wound care specialists treat all types of wounds, including burns, diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, surgical wounds, pressure ulcers, and wounds that just won’t seem to heal. The care team includes doctors specializing in wound healing treatments and certified wound care nurses. In many locations, dietitians and physical therapists are available to supplement wound care treatment plans with recommended dietary plans and therapies.
