About Us

If you or someone you love is struggling with behavioral or mental health issues, Ascension Seton's Behavioral Health teams can help.

Ascension Seton Behavioral Health provides resource navigation, behavioral health assessments and evidenced-based intensive outpatient programs (IOP) to restore hope and wellness to adults 18 and over throughout Central Texas.

If you or a loved one is experiencing depression, anxiety, mood swings, difficulty with sobriety, or other emotional difficulties that are getting in the way of living a meaningful life, we encourage you to call us at 512-324-2039 for more information and to determine the best schedule and location to meet your individual needs. Our groups meet throughout the day and evening to provide scheduling flexibility for those who want to stay involved in school, work, or other activities while seeking treatment. We offer convenient locations throughout the Austin area. We also offer IOP groups at the University of Texas in collaboration with the Counseling and Mental Health Center.

For mental health needs for children, contact Dell Children’s Behavioral and Mental Health at 512-324-0029 or visit the webpage here.
