Care for chronic ear, nose and throat pain

Our otolaryngology (ENT) doctors at Ascension Medical Group St. John ENT and Head & Neck Surgery specialize in ear, nose and throat care. With locations in Bartlesville, Tulsa and Broken Arrow, we provide head and neck surgery, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, and audiology services for all ages. We offer onsite diagnostic testing for allergies and other conditions affecting your ability to hear, smell, breathe through your nose and taste.

Audiology services

At Ascension Medical Group St. John ENT and Head & Neck Surgery, our audiology services include tests to identify and diagnose hearing loss. The type of test given depends on age and other factors. We offer:

  • Diagnostic audiometry and immittance testing
  • Diagnostic otoacoustic emission testing
  • Auditory brainstem response testing (ABR)
  • Videonystagmography (vestibular workup)

We also provide hearing aid options, including:

  • Digital hearing aids with Bluetooth and rechargeable batteries
  • Cochlear implants
  • Osseointegrated implants

Listening with hearing aids or cochlear implants takes practice. We help you adapt to your device and fit the device during adjustment appointments. Head and neck surgery

Our care team includes head and neck surgeons who specialize in the treatment of head and neck tumors, including cancers, facial fractures, and functional disorders. We provide advanced care with a combination of medical and surgical therapies. Whenever possible, minimally-invasive robotic assisted procedures are used. We deliver surgical care for:
