SHAPEDOWN®: Better health for the whole family
SHAPEDOWN is a nationally recognized program for weight loss in children. Parental involvement is essential to success.

Healthy weight loss
SHAPEDOWN classes are two hours long and are held one night a week for eight weeks. Classes are available for children age 8 to teens. Families who have completed the SHAPEDOWN program may receive further support through monthly follow-ups.
A comprehensive pre-assessment physical will be scheduled before class begins. This information will be submitted to your insurance company for payment, but may not be covered by all insurances. For more information, call 316-609-4448.
