Ascension St. Vincent Ambulatory Care Center located at 1684 Bush Lane in Crawfordsville, Indiana, provides family medicine services serving residents of Montgomery and surrounding counties. We listen to understand your health concerns. The health of you and your family is our priority. Our doctors and care teams specialize in family medicine, a type of primary care that provides ongoing healthcare for patients of all ages. Walk-in care in your neighborhood

For non-life-threatening situations that require immediate attention, you may walk in to our clinic or reserve a treatment time online. We offer online appointment scheduling, so you can relax at home until it's time to come in. You may simply go online and choose your estimated arrival time.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, go directly to the ER or call 911. Signs or symptoms of an acute emergency may include shortness of breath, chest pain, open fracture, fainting, severe bleeding, head injury or other major trauma, one-sided weakness or numbness, loss of consciousness or fainting, severe abdominal pain, or bites or stings. Our doctors and care teams are available with extended hours, evenings and weekends, to treat non-emergency situations such as fever, cold and flu, complications from chronic illnesses such as diabetes or hypertension, or other minor illnesses and injuries.

Primary care for the entire family

At Ascension, our primary care team provides services for every member of your family. Whether you have an acute illness, or a more complex health concern, we help our patients stay healthy in body, mind and spirit.

Our care team takes the time to know you and your family and to learn about your family’s health history. This information is important to help identify health risk factors. In addition to caring for individual acute illness and injury, we provide services to help promote better family health, including:

  • Adolescent medicine
  • Adult (senior) medical care, including high blood pressure and high cholesterol
  • Health prevention and dietary guidance
  • Pediatric well-child care and immunizations
  • Physicals: Annual, school, sports, DOT/CDL
  • Screening tests
