ABSolutely(ABS) Aquick core workout that is guaranteed to tighten and tone your abdominals. (15 minutes)
Active Yoga This class offers a slower approach to Hatha flow. We flow through several poses warming the body and preparing the body for the second 1/2 of our practice where we hold the poses a little longer and some of our morechallengingposes are introduced. The A/C is turned off and the temperature istypically 75-76 degrees to keep the body warm. Bring a towel & water.(one hour)
Aqua Challenge A fast paced aerobics class set to music utilizing both shallow and deep water. (45 min)
Aqua Core & More Fun and dynamic water aerobics using a series of movements with and without buoyancy equipment for cardio performance and toning, sculpting and stretching of different body muscles, focusing mostly on the core, improving back strength, balance, stability and posture. (45 min)
Aqua Restore This class allows you to exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles. The gentle activities in warm water will help you gain strength and balance, increase circulation and maintain or improve range-of-motion.
Aqua Zumba® Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning andbody-toning and is exhilarating beyond belief.(45 min)
Body Pump™ by Les Mills The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, certified instructors and your choice of weight will inspire you to get results - and fast! (one hour)
Body Pump Express™ by Les Mills The original barbell class in a 30 minute format. After the warm-up, you will focus on legs, chest, back and abs for a quick, effective workout.
Body Vive™ by Les Mills Thisexciting class filled with uplifting music includes fun cardio, balance and coordination, strength and flexibility training. Vive balls, resistance tubes and optional weights are used in this class. Body Vive™ lets you choose how hard you work. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or a beginner, this class will help you to improve your overall fitness level and posture and leave you fizzing with energy.(one hour)
Cardio Challenge Whether you are new to aerobic exercise or an experienced endurance athlete, you will benefit from this sustained cardio workout by setting an individual goal for yourself at the beginning of the class and working toward that goal within the time allowed. The method of movement will vary but the challenge is ultimately yours!
Cardio & Core Emphasizing core strength and control, you will perform exercises that will focus on cardiovascular development and strength training in a variety of formats. (one hour)
Circuit Training Challenge yourself to a workout that involves several individual stations that will improve your cardiovascular conditioning as well as your strength and endurance. Each workout will be unique and each station will be yours to master!
C.S.I. (Cardio Strength Intervals) Burn fat & define muscles in this total body workout. Suitable for all levels, this class is will challenge all with a combination of weight training with cardio intervals. (one hour)
CXWORX™ by Les Mills Based on cutting-edge scientific research, this program is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core in a quick full body workout. With dynamic training that hones in on all your core muscles, this workout improves functional strength for balance, mobility and injury prevention and will leave you looking good and feeling strong. (30 minutes)
Dance Fusion This fun dance/sculpting combo class set to energizing dance music, including current pop music, is based on interval training which is extremely effective in burning calories and keeping the heart rate up. This energizing class will tone and shape your whole body. With modifications for all fitness levels, everyone will find success. (45 min)
Gentle Aqua This class will increase the range of motion of joints, improve flexibility, muscular fitness, core strength, and posture (Gentle Aqua is located in the heated pool 90 to 92 degrees). (45 min)
Gentle Core and More A fun and gentle class that integrates the fundamentals of Pilates and yoga. (one hour)
H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) Interval training executed at high intensity by combining weightlifting, and cardio movements. H.I.I.T. is aimed at increasing the ten domains of fitness: cardio endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, coordination, balance and accuracy. (one hour)
Hula Hoop Looking for a new way to work your core, arms, and legs while staying low-impact? Try our Hoop Dance Fitness class for a sure fun way to get a cardio and toning workout! Taught by a Hoopnotica Certified Teacher® (one hour)
In Too Deep This class is held in the deep end of the pool and utilizes a variety of aquatic equipment including ankle and arm cuffs, hand buoys, wave belts, and webbed gloves. Classes vary in intensity from cardio and extensive stretching to abdominals and light strength. Class participants will need to be able to swim and feel comfortable treading in deep water. (30 minutes)
Mindful Motion This is a fun and gentle class that will emphasize the importance of body alignment and restoring proper movement patterns.
Pilates This class will teach you the concepts of the traditional Pilates exercises. Through hands-on instruction, you will learn appropriate breathing, movement awareness, and control from the center in order to support the spine and pelvis to correct body alignment. (one hour)
Pilates with Props This is a traditional Pilates class but uses light equipment such as rings, light weights, balls, and bands to enhance the workout. (one hour)
Power Pilates is a shortened, intensified version of our traditional Pilates class. (30 min)
Power Hour Designed to challenge your entire body with both cardio and strength training exercises. This boot camp style class will move from one exercise to another, each working a different muscle group to get a great full body workout. (one hour)
SAIL™(Stay Active & Independent for Life) This class for older adults includes aerobics, balance exercises, strength training with wrist and ankle weights and stretching exercises. Classes are led by certified fitness instructors who have attended additional training specific to leading SAIL classes. SAIL fitness assessment is required before joining this class. (45 min) Reservations required.
SPINNING® is a journey to health and fitness. Using a stationary bicycle, at your own pace, the certified SPINNING® instructor will guide you through a session that blends cycling technique, sound training principles and coaching to energize, challenge and inspire. SPINNING® classes are not competitive, monotonous or awkward. Every class is a venture to a new stronger place- both mentally and physically. (Class times vary from 45 minutes to 60 minutes) Reservations required.

Step Aerobics This classic combines fun, easy to follow step moves with great music for a challenging cardio workout. Whether you are just learning the basics or are an experienced stepper, you’ll enjoy an exciting workout that “steps it up.” (45 min)
Straight Up Strength High energy muscular strength and endurance workout using free weights. Suitable for all levels. (one hour)
Strength and Core– training that focuses on core strength and control (30 minutes)
Total Toning This class will define and strengthen your entire body through small muscle movements that work deep into the muscle while using a band, light weights, and a mat. For anyone wanting to tone up, lose weight and get fit – totally! (one hour)
Triple ThreatTraining High impact/High intensity class that involves plyometric exercises, weights and your own body weight. This is a full body workout that will target all the major muscle groups in every class. (one hour) Reservations required
TRX (Total Resistance Exercise) TRX suspension training is the cutting edge of endurance and strength training that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Leveraging gravity and your own body weight, you’ll experience a challenging, effective workout. (30-45 min) Reservations required.
Water Aerobics An invigorating workout in the pool for the swimmer and non-swimmer; it is a total-body, non-weight-bearing workout for everyone. This is an excellent way to begin an exercise program or add to your existing one. By using the water as resistance, you can determine your own level of intensity. (45 min)
Yoga You will learn how to control your breathing with the execution of various poses. Some of the many benefits of yoga are reduced stress, reduced anxiety, and improved flexibility, as well as increases strength, posture and balance. All levels
