Our doctor and care team at Ascension St. Vincent’s Executive Health provides a concierge-level executive physical for your personal health and professional performance. Your doctor is a board-certified internal medicine specialist who focuses on helping you maintain optimal health to perform at a high level. Our comprehensive physical is customized for you and your health needs. If you need a primary care doctor to help manage your everyday health and manage chronic health conditions, we provide that too.

Executive Health physicals focus on preventive care

Your doctor and care team have designed an executive physical that focuses on the detection of health risks and provides valuable prevention measures. Our comprehensive program includes a thorough assessment of your current health using sophisticated tests and screenings, a comprehensive examination, and consultations with our multidisciplinary team: executive health specialists, nurses, a registered dietitian and exercise specialist.

What to expect

Fasting labs, testing and consultation appointment – At your consultation with the doctor and care team, we complete a medication, vaccine and health history review, lab tests and procedures, including:

• Comprehensive fasting laboratory panel
• Vitals assessment
• Resting EKG
• Pulmonary function testing
• Audiometry test
• Visual acuity test
• Body composition analysis

Additional services are available if indicated by your doctor:

• Cardiopulmonary stress test (graded exercise treadmill stress test)
• Exercise-induced asthma test
• Six-minute walk test
• Vaccines (flu, TDAP, pneumonia)

Consultation with our registered dietitian and exercise specialist – We’ll complete a total body fitness assessment with a body composition analysis, and a nutrition and lifestyle evaluation.

Physical examination and review results – Your doctor provides a comprehensive history and physical examination, and reviews your test results. This appointment can include a customized nutrition, exercise and wellness plan.
