Want to know what's new regarding newborn care? This virtual class is designed for expectant parents, grandparents, adopting parents, nannies, or anyone else needing a refresher on newborn care. This class will discuss challenges you may face the first few weeks at home with the new baby. Safe sleep, new guidelines for feedings-breast and bottle, coping mechanisms for the baby and parents, and general infant care and safety will be covered in the home-study materials which will be sent to your home. You will review the materials before meeting with a registered nurse childbirth educator for your virtual session. The nurse will be able to answer your questions and demonstrate basic newborn care skills in which you can follow along to practice with a baby doll or stuffed animal. The types of skills you will learn include, diapering, feeding, bathing and swaddling.

IT IS SIMPLY A WAY TO PROCESS YOUR REGISTRATION. YOUR INSTRUCTOR WILL CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL TO ARRANGE A DATE AND TIME THAT WILL WORK WITHIN YOUR SCHEDULE.
If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
