Saint Thomas Midtown is now offering virtual prenatal yoga classes for our expectant mothers. This one hour introductory class will be taught by a labor and delivery nurse who is a certified yoga instructor. Prenatal yoga is extremely beneficial to help your body get ready for labor and to promote baby's health. You will learn some gentle stretching and breathing exercises which will help you manage pregnancy discomforts as well as help improve sleep, increase flexibility, reduce stress and decrease lower back discomfort, nausea and headaches.
NO PAYMENT NEEDED FOR THIS YOGA CLASS- If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
