Mindfulness is a practice that is considered mainstream. It is taught in major hospitals, leading corporations, universities, the military, law school and our nation's schools. Find out why - what the research indicates about what mindfulness can do to improve the immune function, reduce stress, and increase optimism and resilience. This session will offer a brief mindfulness practice.
