Tai chi is designed to build mental and physical strength and is often referred to as a health dance. Tai Chi for Rehabilitation (TCR) is a Dr. Lam, Tai Chi for Health form. TCR combines traditional tai chi movements into a short health form that focuses on reducing stress and improving overall health and immunity. This class is open to all levels and can be practiced both seated or standing. We are offering two ways for you to learn TCR. Join our online class to connect virtually to learn and practice TCR with others.
5 weeks, Saturdays, May 30, June 6, 13, 20, & 27. Open enrollment, attend one or all classes. Register for the first session you plan to attend.
Once you have registered, you will receive an email with a link to the class.
If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
