Rewind Yoga for Boomers is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, with controlled breathing for stress reduction and relaxation. Yoga has been shown to reduce stress, improve balance, and lower blood pressure. This class is open to all levels; a chair option is available.
4 week class - Tuesdays, June 2, 9, 16, & 23 - 7:30pm-8:30pm. Open enrollment, attend one or all classes.
Once you are registered, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the class.
If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
