Open to ALL levels -- from the curious to individuals that practice tai chi. These classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Tai Chi practice has been proven to improve heart and lung function, alleviate pain, reduce stress and increase flexibility and strength.
Tai Chi for Arthritis on Saturday, January 25th - 10:00am - 12:00pm - $25
- This class will focus on movements to improve arthritis. It improves balance both mentally and physically thus significantly reduces the rate of fall of the older adults. Additional benefits include improving relaxation, vitality, posture, and immunity.
Tai Chi for the Heart on Saturday, February 15th - 10:00am - 12:00pm - $25
- If you have heart disease, you may want to find a physical activity that you can easily maintain. The slow-paced "meditation in motion" of Tai Chi may be just what the doctor ordered. Based on the existing evidence, Tai Chi is a promising addition to regular heart care
No mat required. Wear loose clothing and flat comfortable shoes.

If you cancel your registration, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received at least 5 days prior to the start of the class/program. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
