Do you have prediabetes or other risk factors for type 2 diabetes?  Now is the time to take charge of your health and make a change. Join us for this introductory class to find out how the Diabetes Prevention Program can help you reduce your risk of developing diabetes in half!  

This 1-session introductory class will give you an overview of the program and help you determine if you may be eligible to participate in the Diabetes Prevention Program.

  • The diabetes prevention program is a year-long program which focuses on lasting lifestyle changes like regular physical activity, healthy eating, weight loss, and stress management.  
  • The program meets weekly for one hour for the first 6 months and then one to two times per month for the second 6 months.

If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
