Yin Yoga is a slow-moving, passive yoga practice that provides space for your body and mind to relax. Yin stretches and targets the deep connective tissues between the muscles and throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility by holding the poses longer. It also helps us to regulate the body’s flow of energy. All levels welcome; please bring a mat.
Class meets on Thursdays in the Fitness Studio from 5:30-6:30pm.
Cost to attend 8-week session is $50. Members do not need to register - class is free to members.
