R.I.P.P.E.D. is a high intensity class that combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet in  fast-paced format designed to make you sweat while providing total body conditioning and strength training.

Class meets on Tuesdays from 5:45-6:45am and Thursdays from 6-6:55pm.

Cost is $50 to attend one class per week; participants can sign up for more than one class. 

Members do not need to register; class is free to members.
