R.I.P.P.E.D. is a high intensity class that combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet in a fast-paced format designed to make you sweat while providing total body conditioning and strength training.

Class meets on Tuesdays 5:45-6:45am and Thursdays 6-6:55pm. 

Cost is $50 for class to attend one day per week; participants can sign up for more than one class per week.

Members do not need to register; class is free for members.
