A 5 week outdoor training group for all fitness levels. Each session features a different workout designed & led by a variety of our most talented trainers. This program will help you build endurance, increase strength & agility, up the intensity of your workouts, and test the limits of your fitness potential. 

This small group training meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:15pm outside. 

5-week session fee is $145 for non-members and $125 for members (call the front desk for your discount code to register online). Save $25 when you register for both sessions by June 10th.
