Build your endurance and strength with a combined seated and standing exercise program designed to improve your personal independence by targeting muscle groups to keep you moving.  Alternative exercises are offered so that you can cater this workout to your specific abilities.

This class takes place on Tuesday & Thursdays from 10:00-10:50 am in the Gym. 

Cost is $50 to attend the 8-week session for both days. Members do not need to register.
