Build your endurance and strength with a combined seated and standing exercise program designed to improve your personal independence by targeting muscle groups to keep you moving.  Alternative exercises are offered so that you can cater this workout to your specific abilities.

Tuesday/Thursdays from 10:00-10:55 am

Cost for both days for the 8-week session is $50. Members do not need to register; class is free for members.
