POUNDFit is a total body workout that will have you become one with the music. Using lightweight Ripstix, you'll pound out the beat while enjoying a cardio focused workout that will also tone and shape the body including yoga and Pilates inspired movements. Please bring a mat. Ripstix are provided.
Class meets Mondays 4:30-4:55pm in the aerobics studio.
