BODYFLOW will improved your mind, your body, and your life. Controlled breathing, concentration, and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses with roots in Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi create a holistic workout that brings your body into a state of harmony and balance. Please bring a mat.
Class meets on Mondays from 11am-12pm, Tuesdays from 6-7pm and Wednesdays at 6:30-7:30pm.
Cost to attend class one day/week is $55. Participants can sign up for more than one class per week.
Members do not need to register - class is free to members.
