BODYPUMP is Les Mills signature strength training workout with fun tempos and music that will target all your muscles. This workout uses barbells and the REP EFFECT to tone and strengthen your entire body. Intensity can be adjusted by weight selection.
BODYPUMP meets on Mondays at 5:45am and Fridays at 6pm.
You can sign up to take class on Monday or Friday for $55 or sign up to take both classes for $90.
Members do not need to register - this class is free for members.
