This class will give you an overview of the program and help you determine if you may be eligible to participate.
The diabetes prevention program is a year-long program which focuses on lasting lifestyle changes like regular physical activity, healthy eating, weight loss, and stress management. The program meets weekly for the first 6 months and then one to two times per month for the second 6 months. Each class last an hour. To be considerate of your time we will start promptly and end on time.
Registration is required. Workshop size is limited. These are a series of workshops built on the previous session. No walk-ins after third week. Workshops are FREE.
If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
