Where:   Child and Family Therapy Center, 3805B Spring Street, Suite 240-Racine

Time:      5:30 - 6:30 pm          

Fee:  The sessions will be billed under behavioral health insurance benefits.

•Do you ever feel like hurting yourself?

•Would you like to feel better about yourself, your body, and the way you look?

It isn’t easy being a teenage girl. Dealing with bullying, body image issues, changing emotions, and relationships can feel really overwhelming at times. This group is a safe place where you can talk and get support from other girls who are trying to cope with these things too. Learn to manage the issues you struggle with and how to overcome.

• Self-esteem and body image

• Relationships

• Cyberbullying and social media issues

• Impulses to harm yourself
