Hypnobirthing helps you train yourself to relax quickly and effectively.

Relaxation is so beneficial: during pregnancy to provide positive endorphins to mom and baby, during labor to help the body relax and progress towards delivering easily, and when breastfeeding or during parenting. We all need help relaxing at some point in our lives and HypnoBirthing can be used as a relaxation tool in a variety of situations.

The Marie Mongan HypnoBirthing Manual will be used for this program. You will receive a copy of this book, 1 CD and 1 download of relaxation exercises as well as a ton of useful handouts.
