Tai Chi is a low impact exercise designed to enhance balance, circulation and flexibility



No Registration Required
Basic Level provides activity at seated and standing positions. Wear loose fitting clothing and flat-soled shoes. Bring own water bottle

Payment is usually at the door. Classes are $5 each and made directly to the instructor.

Location: Southfield Wellness Center is on 9 Mile Rd. between Greenfield and Providence Drive across from Providence Hospital - 1st Floor. Free parking behind building. The entrance door is off parking lot in the back of building.
