Join a community of expectant moms to help physically, mentally & emotionally prepare for childbirth. You will learn various gentle yoga poses and breathing techniques to help create ease and comfort during pregnancy and labor. This prenatal yoga class is for women at all stages of pregnancy and any fitness level. No previous yoga experience necessary. Please consult your physician or midwife prior to participation.
Please bring a yoga mat and pillows.
Class meets on 1/8, 1/15, & 1/29 (no class 1/22)
