The hospital opened its doors to the community in 2013 and thanks to the support of our community, doubled in size through a $33.1 million dollar expansion in 2016.

The Primary Stroke Center at Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County is recognized as a Joint Commission Advanced Certification Program. In addition, the hospital received the Joint Commission Gold Seal Certification for total hip replacements, total knee replacements and shoulder surgery. Ascension St. Vincent's Clay is also a STEMI Receiving Center.
